1. About Us

Legal Kavach ("we", "us", "our") is a brand operated by AllyMerci Digital Solutions, incorporated in Delhi, India. We provide legal notice drafting services through our platform at legalkavach.com. All payments and transactions are processed by AllyMerci Digital Solutions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Legal Kavach platform, purchasing any package, or submitting any information, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to both individuals and businesses. By using our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Services

Legal Kavach provides legal notice drafting services. Each package entitles you to a fixed number of notices as follows:

  • Basic Package: Any 2 notices
  • Standard Package: Any 5 notices
  • Premium Package: Any 10 notices

All notices are reviewed and approved by our empanelled registered advocates before delivery. This is a one-time purchase — not a recurring subscription.

5. Turnaround Time

After successful payment and submission of all required information, your notice will be delivered within 7 working days. Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days and are excluded from this timeline.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for notice drafting.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse the platform to send frivolous, threatening, or malicious notices.
  • Each package is valid for a single business or individual and cannot be shared or transferred.

7. Payments

All payments are collected by AllyMerci Digital Solutions on behalf of Legal Kavach. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable platform fees. Payment must be completed before any notice drafting begins.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases on Legal Kavach are strictly non-refundable once the notice drafting process has commenced. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of AllyMerci Digital Solutions. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Legal Kavach and AllyMerci Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Any outcome resulting from the use of a drafted notice.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
