Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the Legal Kavach platform, operated by AllyMerci Digital Solutions. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

Important: All sales on Legal Kavach are strictly non-refundable once the notice drafting process has commenced. We strongly encourage you to read all package details carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a package is purchased and the notice drafting process has been initiated (i.e., after you have submitted your notice details), no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all packages — Basic, Standard, and Premium.

The reason for this strict policy is that our services involve the time and effort of empanelled registered advocates who begin work upon receipt of your information and payment.

2. Cancellation Before Drafting Begins

If you have made a payment but have not yet submitted your notice details, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment by contacting us at support@legalkavach.com. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

3. Non-Delivery

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your notice within the committed turnaround time of 7 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) due to reasons solely attributable to Legal Kavach, we will either:

Complete the service at the earliest possible date, or
Offer a credit toward a future notice within your purchased package.

Non-delivery due to incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the user will not qualify for any remedy.

4. Unused Notices in a Package

If you have purchased a multi-notice package (Standard or Premium) and choose not to use all notices, no refund will be issued for unused notices. We encourage you to plan your package usage accordingly.

5. Duplicate Payments

In case of a duplicate or erroneous payment (i.e., you were charged more than once for the same order), please contact us immediately at support@legalkavach.com with your payment details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
